Age: 23

Occupation: Technical Support Executive with Iyogi International Pvt. Ltd.

_ Q. What inspired you towards Sewa?
Ans.  The detachment of the youth from Sikhi, these days and the feeling to do mybit towards my community actually inspired me towards this sewa and I joined hands with the group.

Q. Who is your role model, and Why?
Ans.  As a role model I always look up to Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji as a Guru as a Father as everything for me. Whatever I am today is because of my Lord and I am just trying to live the life as per guidelines of our Guru. Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji teach us how to live a simple and truthful life doing sewa and that is What inspires me.

Q. What other steps we can take to motivate youth towards Sikhi?
Ans.  Sewa is the biggest thing that can motivate the sikh youth toward the religion. It’s a moral responsibility of the parents as the primary teacher of the child to relate them to the religion, according to me we should help parents understand this thing and at the same time organize programs or motivate them Towards sewa.

Q. Many people have different experiences of how they came into Sikhi. Which way doyou think is the best way to influence and encourage youth to learn more about theirfaith?
Ans.  We should create a sense of pride amongst our youth by telling them Sakhi’s of our Gurus, achievements of sikh warriors and telling about The great achievers from our community with proper facts. Appart from this We should also indulge our youth in the sewa of panth so that they get to know What they are missing out in their lives and their actual identity.

Q. Please share your experiences while working with SikhiSidak.com
Ans. My experience with Sikhisidak group has for sure been an amazing journey till Hope that Akalpurakh blesses this journey forever.Although my journey has not been so long as I joined hands with them very Recently but grateful to God that I got elder brothers and sisters to help me      Fabulous friends to share happy moments…….all I can say I got this platform To serve my community and religion and may God bless us all in this
GOOD KARMA.

_Thank you for taking the time to answer the above questions, and we hope
you will continue to carry the torch of Sikhi and inspire others alike.
